Download payment due file
Agents can download a payment due file of all amounts due. We will accurately calculate amounts due, taking into consideration any outstanding fees, credits, along with the premiums due.
To download the payment due file:
- Log in to your agent account.
- On My Home Page, select Paid Leave payment Information.
- Select Download payment due file.
How to read the first line of the payment due file
