The Employer Self-Service System is designed to give you the information you need, along with as much control of your employer account as possible. You can access the system online or by phone.
You can find answers to questions about unemployment insurance:
- Online at ui.mn.gov - click Employers & Agents
- Log in to your account to view information. Refer to the Employer Self-Service System User Guide for step-by-step instructions.
- Click Contact Us for customer service information.
- By phone using the automated phone (IVR) option.
- Call 651-296-6141 to speak to a customer service representative, from the main menu, press 4.
